The room was lovely and clean with a nice balcony and AC. The place is right at the Dante Metro station so getting anywhere in Naples is easy. The self check in was easy and the instructions were clear. The staff was super helpful over Whatsapp. Highly recommended!

It is a hidden gem between Florence and Pisa. Beautiful room, just enough for two adults and two children. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was perfect, with a bathtub and adjustable shower head. The breakfast was good (no fried eggs). You can order an espresso or a cappuccino (free of charge). The covered parking was a big plus. The staff was polite and helpful. Location: just 10 minutes walk from a big mall (I Gigli). 30 min driving from Florence.

The hotel is so nice. Room and bathroom very clean big enough, and comfortable. I did not try meals so I cannot tell anything about that. Staff is super nice and kind. You can use private free parking if you need.

Spacious family room. Slept 2 adults and 2 children (each with their own sinles beds) comfortbaly. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. 4 sets of slippers. Well stocked mini bar. Clean and comfy beds

The staff at the reception were very nice especially Massimiliano. Parking at the hotel is very convenient and helpful. The room was very clean and cozy.

Good hotel, nice for business, no noise, clean and rooms quite big. Good stuff, helpful and gentle. There was a light broken in the bathroom the First day, then afterwork it fixed and I didn't say anything, very good.

Clean beautiful room, great bed, air conditioning, calm area, although few km away from Firenze, the fact that there was train every hour, actually was better to not stay in the city.

The friendly, very helpful nature of the staff who greeted me on arrival. I explained I had a truck I needed to park close by and they were able to accommodate that request too.
